Answer:  We accept the following payment options for all online order:
a) Major Credit Card - Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club debit and credit cards.
b) Certified Check / Money order / Personal Check. - If you want to use this option please confirm the total amount (by sending a message to customer service) before sending us the payment. Please include the item, quantity and your shipping address in your message. We will then get back to you with the check/money order mailing instructions.  Your purchase will be shipped out once the money order/check has been cleared by our financial institution.
Answer: Yes, most products can be shipped worldwide. We ship from one of our warehouse locations within United States. Please note that product warranty on many products will be void outside United States. Also all our products are designed to run on the 110V (North American) system. If you plan to purchase our products for use in a 220V system (such as in Europe or Asia), you must purchase a 220V to 110V converter. This transformer can be purchased at many local electronic stores.

All orders are shipped via Standard Ground Service. The shipping company is selected by our warehouse staff and is based on the product size, weight and shipping location. We may be able to ship via 3rd or 2nd Day Air service on special request. There is an additional shipping charge for this service. If you are interested in expiated shipping service please contact customer service for a shipping quote. Please indicate the item you wish to purchase and your shipping address. We will then provide with the shipping quote and payment link.
Answer: Most Orders are shipped out within 3 business days (EST: 9:00 AM. Monday - 5:00 PM Friday). If there is any further delay in shipping out your order, you will be notified either by email or phone. All orders are shipped from one of our USA based warehouse locations. Answer: All items are shipped to the shipping address that you specify during checkout. Our shipping costs are very reasonable and without any additional markup cost. Upon special request, we can arrange order pick-up from our Houston, TX location, however shipping charges may not be waived. As our products are shipped from multiple warehouse locations, there is often a shipping cost associated with shipping your order to our pickup location in Houston, TX. Please contact customer service for pick-up request prior to placing your order.
Answer: Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email with the tracking number. You can then track your order using the link in that email.
Answer: Orders being shipped within USA are not charged sales tax. Orders shipped to International destinations may be charged additional duties or brokerage fees. As custom regulations are different for each country, you should contact the customs agency in your country for more information.

We never display price paid on any packaging slip so your customer will not know how much you paid for the item. Also we do not charge any additional fee for dropshipping.

We also provide quotes on Wholesale orders (quantity 3+). If you are interested to obtain a wholesale order quote, please contact customer service and provide them with the product details, your shipping location and purchase quantity.
